Art. Music. Theatre. Fun. The CreateZone at Heritage Hall, is an interactive hub of exploration into the creative side of the imagination. Located at the geographical center of the festival, CreateZone is a great place to start your family journey through Summerfest.   CreateZone will feature Kirkland Art Center's ceramic artists and pottery wheel demonstrations, community art project with nationally-recognized and local favorite artist Larry Calkins, art showcase featuring local youth art, the ever-popular live model drawing jam, and live acoustic sets.

The Create Zone is FREE!  A donation of $5 per individual, $10 per family is encouraged.  Participants can visit the Kirkland Arts Center tent for more information about KAC classes and how to keep the Create Zone FREE for everyone.

Each year participants join us for the Kirkland Rotary Club's annual Puget Sound Duck Dash!
